6º) NOTA PRESENTADA POR SECRETARIA GENERAL DE LA LIGA CORDOBESA DE FUTBOL – REF:
PARTIDO DE FUTBOL FEMENINOS - NO
DISPUTADO - C. A. LOS ANDES VS. C. A.
RACING:
Se resuelve: 1) Tener por acreditado que el encuentro entre las divisiones
femeninas del Club Los Andes y el Club Racing del día 25/05/2015 no se realizo
por no presentarse el Club Los Andes con el mínimo de jugadores requeridos por
el Reglamento del Torneo y el Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas. Imponer al
Club Los Andes la deducción de los puntos correspondientes a dicho partido y
deducir de la tabla de posiciones del campeonato oficial de futbol femenino
tres puntos al finalizar el mismo, imponer al Club Los Andes la sanción de una
multa equivalente a valor entradas 575, valor de entrada de ingreso a partido
de primera división. (Art. 109 R.T.P.).-2) Encontrar responsables de serias
irregularidades en la confección de la planilla y aporte de datos a los Clubes
Los Andes y Racing Club imponiéndoles como sanción la quinta de 6 puntos de la
Tabla del Campeonato Actual de Futbol Femenino al Club Los Andes y de 3 puntos
de la Tabla del Campeonato Actual de Futbol Femenino al Club Racing.- 3)
Encontrar responsable de la confección de informe falso al Sr. Arbitro Adrian
Loza, dni. nro. 39.984.085 e imponer al mismo como sanción la expulsión de la
Liga Cordobesa. (Art. 265 inciso b).- 4). Encontrar responsables a los Señores
Alejandro Gimeno y Flavio Bustamante de conductas reprobable e inmorales al espíritu
deportivo e imponer como sanción al Señor Flavio Bustamante la suspensión de
treinta (30) partidos y al Señor Alejandro Gimeno cinco (5) partidos. (Articulo
2687 inciso 5 y 260 RTP.).- 5)Encontrar responsable de la conducta descripta en
el artículo 160 del R.T.P. a las Jugadoras Florencia Aguirre, Carem Reyna,
Fátima Bustamante, Yudith Farías, Romina Bebelaqua y en su consecuencia
sancionarlas con dos fechas de suspensión (Art. 160 RTP.).- 6) Remitir copia a Tesorería
a los efectos dispuestos por el reglamento del torneo femenino y la no
