18º) EXPEDIENTE Nº7 – ENCUENTRO SEXTA DIVISION – DIA 11.04.2018 – C. JUVENIL Bº COMERCIAL VS C. TALLERES El presente expediente iniciado con motivo de la adulteración del carnet por parte del señor Contreras Daniel, que citado el Sr. árbitro ratifico el informe, y citado el Sr. contreras no concurre. Se agrego al expediente, ficha del señor Contreras Daniel Atilio nº 377, correspondiente a la sub comisión de futbol de villa Azalais, con vencimiento el día 31/12/2006, se incorpora el carnet retenido del señor Daniel, como técnico del club talleres y con número de carnet 715, y se incorpora además, el carnet nº 715 que corresponde al señor Kofler Diego Alberto y, considerando, que el árbitro ratifico el informe arbitral que denuncia que el carnet no es otorgado por la liga cordobesa de fútbol. Por todo ello se resuelve 1) encontrar responsable de la adulteración de un carnet, no expedido por la liga cordobesa de futbol, al señor Daniel Atilio contreras DT de talleres y sancionarlo con un año de suspensión. Art 287 INC 3 y 260 del R.T.P.- 2) Remitir copia de la presente resolución a tesorería a fines de aplicar el artículo 107 del reglamento del torneo de divisiones inferiores-. 3) Dese a conocer y archivarse E.L DT del club talleres.
19º) EXPEDIENTE Nº9 – ENCUENTRO PRIMERA DIVISION – DIA 21.04.2018 - C. EL CARMEN VS C. LOS ANDES El presente expediente iniciado por supuesta adulteración del carnet otorgado por la liga, por parte del señor Luis Horacio Moreta, carnet nº 2067. Y considerando: que citado el mismo reconoce expresamente el hecho, lo que lleva a mayores consideraciones, por todo ello se resuelve : 1) Imponer la sanción de un año de suspensión al señor Luis Horacio Moreta, DNI 16.905.812, DT de Los Andes, por adulteración de carnet otorgado por la liga art 287 INC 3 y 260 del R.T.P.- 2) Remitir copia a tesorería. 3) Dese a conocer y archivarse E.L. D.T. Del Club Los Andes.
20º) EXPEDIENTE Nº10 – ENCUENTRO SEXTA DIVISION - DIA 22.04.2018 – C. CAMIONEROS VS C. UNIVERSITARIO El presente expediente iniciado por uso de credencial deportiva adulterado por parte del señor Peralta Ezequiel, que citado el señor Peralta reconoce que no obtuvo la credencial de la liga si no de un tercero, confiesa que abono $300 (trescientos pesos) a cambio de este carnet adulterado. Se incorpora planilla del carnet 1523 perteneciente a Soria Sebastián, el carnet retenido con el numero 1523, y la planilla del señor Peralta Ezequiel con vto. 31/12/2012 y numero 810. Y considerando: 1) que el informe arbitral ha sido conmovido por la prueba aportada. 2) que el señor peralta reconoce que no tramito el carnet en la liga cordobesa de futbol, que lo adquirió de un tercero a cambio de $300, lo que lleva a mayores consideraciones por todo ello se resuelve : I) encontrar responsable a la utilización de una credencial adulterada del señor Peralta, técnico de universitario en el partido del día 22.04.2018 correspondiente a la sexta división y aplicarle una sanción de un año de suspensión. II) remitir copia a tesorería a los fines de aplicar el artículo 107 del reglamento del torneo. III) dese a conocer y archivarse.
